Online Reports
Collect your report from the centre, receive it as a PDF on WhatsApp, or download it any time from our report portal using the reference number on your receipt.
Three ways to get your report
- At the counter. Bring your receipt to reception between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, any day of the week.
- On WhatsApp. Give us your number when the sample is taken and the PDF is sent to you as soon as it is verified — usually the same day.
- Online portal. Use the reference number on your receipt to download the report yourself, at any hour.
Reporting times
| Type of test | Report ready |
|---|---|
| Ultrasound, X-ray, ECG | 15–20 minutes |
| Routine blood tests (CBC, sugar, LFT, RFT) | 2–4 hours |
| Hormones, vitamins, serology | Same day, by evening |
| Culture & sensitivity | 48–72 hours |
| Histopathology and reference-lab tests | 3–7 days |
Understanding your report
Every report we issue prints the method used, the units and the reference range beside your result, so that any doctor can interpret it correctly. A value slightly outside the range is not automatically a disease, and a value inside it does not always mean all is well — results have to be read alongside your symptoms and your history.
Please do not start or stop any medicine on the basis of a report alone. Take it to your doctor. If something in your result needs urgent attention, we telephone you and your referring doctor the moment we see it, without waiting for you to collect the report.
Frequently asked questions
How do I download my report online?
Open the report portal, enter the reference number printed on your receipt along with your mobile number, and your report will be available as a PDF. If you have lost the receipt, call 0336-1221991 with the patient's name and date of the test.
Can you send the report on WhatsApp?
Yes. Tell reception at the time of sample collection and we will send the PDF to the number you give us as soon as it is verified.
How long are reports kept?
Your reports stay on file with us so that future results can be compared with older ones. This history is often as useful as the result itself.
Is my report confidential?
Yes. Reports are released only to the patient or a person the patient nominates, and the portal is protected by a reference number and your registered mobile number.
